Microemulsion extreme pressure cutting fluid

Products Character:

BCF-5003 is an oily liquid, which belongs to microemulsion extreme pressure cutting fluid. It is refined from lubricating oil, extreme pressure antiwear agent, rust inhibitor and other additives;
Good lubrication, cooling, cleaning and rust resistance ability;
Improve the surface finish of workpieces and ensure the on-line rust prevention requirements of workpieces and machine tools;
Good corrosion resistance, good foam inhibition, long stable life of emulsion and reduced maintenance cost;
The waste liquid is easy to be disposed.

Using range:

It is widely used in cutting and grinding industries of various machine tools and machining centers. The central cooling system for single and centralized liquid supply is applicable;
Processing materials: suitable for processing non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals;
Processing method: suitable for turning, grinding, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, etc.

Using method:

Recommended concentration: cutting: 1:: 1 ~ 1:20; Grinding: 1:20 ~ 1:25 The concentration can be adjusted according to the processing requirements;
When using (replacing) new liquid, the liquid storage tank (tank) and machine tool workbench, fixtures, iron chips and dirt shall be cleaned first, and then 1-2% diluent of this product and 0.3-0.5% bactericide shall be recycled for cleaning before discharge.
Prepare the working solution with the required concentration according to the preparation sequence of adding water first and then adding liquid, and use it after the circulation is uniform.
Replenishment and maintenance of the liquid tank: when the liquid tank needs replenishment, add the corresponding proportion of the original solution of the product while adding water to maintain the necessary concentration!
The working fluid shall be kept clean and ventilated, and impurities such as iron chips and floating oil shall be removed in time!
If the machine tool does not start for many days, the tank liquid shall be pumped and circulated for oxygen charging at least 2 hours a day.

Suggestions:

The machine tool shall be equipped with a complete filtration and slag removal system to remove impurities such as metal scraps and floating oil in time. If the machine tool does not start for many days, the tank liquid shall be pumped and circulated for oxygen charging for at least 2 hours every day;
For the centralized liquid supply central cooling system, detailed operating procedures shall be formulated, and special personnel shall be responsible for maintenance, operation and management.
Do not mix with other brands of cutting fluid!

Shipping and packing:

This product shall be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. During storage and transportation, it shall be protected from sunshine and rain. The storage temperature shall be 5 ~ 35 ℃.
If the state of the product changes due to improper storage, after the specified storage temperature is restored, the product shall be mixed evenly, and then the working fluid shall be diluted and prepared, which will not affect the processing performance and can be used normally.
under normal storage, the shelf life of the product is 1 year.
